A quality Katana sword from SAMURAI STORE Tokyo. Antique Katana with a long blade, made by the swordsmith Bizen Osafune Sukesada, one of the most reputable smith schools from 1300 to 1600. The smith's name, and the completion year and month are inscribed on the blade tang. The blade has a beautiful swelled tempered line pattern with great Curvature (2.3cm)

The blade is now being polished by a very skilled sword polisher in Tokyo. You will get this item with a fresh polished blade. It must be in super brand-new condition and very sharp! Polishing may be completed in mid-January 2026, and this won't affect the delivery timeframe, as the export permit process may take longer.

This blade was certified as a Hozon paper "Well-Preserved Sword" by NBTHK (Japan Sword Preservation Society). Comes in a complete set of antique Tachi-style ornate mounting, including all metal fittings, Tsuba hand guard, and a stunning magnolia wood scabbard finished with leather.

The blade comes with a Certificate of NBTHK Japan Sword Preservation Society - Hozon Paper (Well-preserved sword)
